Shipping:

We typically ship to addresses within the USA or Canada via USPS Priority Mail and Parcel Post or UPS Ground. For shipping outside the USA or Canada, or for expedited shipping, please contact us for a quote. Our basic shipping rates for the USA and Canada are as follows:

Return/Exchange Policy:

We accept returns of all unused merchandise -- excluding prints, CD's and special orders -- for exchange or store credit within 15 days of the date of purchase for in-store purchases, and within 15 days of the date the merchandise is received for shipped orders. Prior to returning any merchandise, please contact us for a return approval code and shipping instructions. Merchandise that is defective or damaged in shipping needs to be reported within 5 business days from the date the merchandise was received. A copy of your receipt is needed for all returns or exchanges.

Privacy Policy:

We never sell or share our customer information with anyone except as needed to process and ship your order. If you have any questions about our privacy policy, please feel free to contact us.

Sales Tax:

We do not charge sales tax because Oregon has no sales tax.

Out of Stock Merchandise:

We strive to keep our web site catalog as up-to-date as possible, but due to the fact that we also sell merchandise from our bricks-and-mortar shop and update our web site catalog manually, we cannot absolutely guarantee that an item will be in stock at the time of order. However, please be assured that in the unlikely event an item you order turns out not to be in stock, your card will not be charged and we will notify you immediately.

    Answer:  All of our prints are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground in crystal clear bags inserted into extra strong shipping tubes.
